Mounting Pipe / Motor Assembly
1. Align the holes on the pipe with the holes in the motor flange on the motor assembly.
2. Insert the bolt, lock washer, and nut.
3. Adjust the tilt to the desired position and tighten the pivot screw.
4. Tighten the position bolt and nut.
Motor / Rear Grille & Blade Assembly
1. Remove the 4 screws and flat washers from the motor face.
2. Carefully place the rear guard on the motor face, aligning mount holes on guard over mount holes on motor.
3. Secure with the flat washers and screws removed in Step 1.
4. Carefully slide the blade assembly over the shaft and align set screw with the slot on the shaft of the motor.
5. Tighten the blade assembly with a 3mm Allen Key (not provided).
CAUTION: DO NOT ALTER THE ANGLE OF THE BLADES.
Front Grille Assembly
To snap the front grille to the rear grille use the 5 locking tabs provided.
Operation Instructions
TO ADJUST AIRFLOW UPWARD OR DOWNWARD: See instructions above Mounting Pipe/Motor Assembly.
SPEED CONTROL: Change the setting on the speed control dial to the desired setting – low, medium, or high.
OSCILLATING CONTROL (Optional): To make the fan oscillate install selector screw into outer most hole in the motor cam.
(For non-oscillating, install in the inner most hole in motor cam).
Cleaning
WARNING: Unplug from electrical supply source before cleaning. After servicing, any safety device (including grilles and blades)
must be reinstalled or remounted as previously installed.
Use a soft damp cloth then wipe with dry cloth. Do not use harmful cleaners. Do not bend the blades.
Wash guards and blade with water and soft brush. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
DO NOT IMMERSE MOTOR IN WATER.
Allow fan to dry completely before use.
