6. Connections and Control Elements
(13) PITCH slide control
Use the PITCH slide control to change the playback speed.
Slide the control down to increase the playback speed of the track.
Slide the control up to decrease the playback speed.
The percentage of the speed change is displayed (17).
If the slide control is in centre position, playback speed is unchanged.
The slide control only has an effect if the pitch function has been activated using the PITCH (15) button.
(14) PITCH BEND + button
This button allows you to temporarily increase the playback speed.
(15) PITCH button
Use this button to activate/deactivate the PITCH slide control (13).
The PITCH button (15) is lit when the PITCH slide control is active.
(16) PITCH BEND - button
This button allows you to temporarily decrease the playback speed.
(17) Display
The display shows the most important settings and data to be played.
(18) USB/SD button
By pressing this button repeatedly, you can select the playback source CD drive/USB interface/SD card reader.
(19) SEARCH button
This button switches the function of the JOG wheel (2).
When this button is not pressed (button is not lit), turning the JOG wheel (2) changes playback speed.
When this button is pressed (button is lit), the JOG wheel (2) can be turned to find a place in a track.
