NOTE
When the appliance is in operation, the coffee pot (6) has to

be under the filter compartment (8). The coffee pot pushes
the drip protector up and the coffee can flow from the filter
into the coffee pot.
The drip protector prevents water running out of the filter

when the coffee pot (6) is removed from the appliance.
During the brewing process however, the coffee pot (6)
should not be removed from the appliance for more than 30
seconds, otherwise the filter will fill up and the coffee will
flow over.

Whilst brewing coffee using coffee beans, the
