Fish

The temperature of the food before cooking should be between 20 and 25 ℃. If it is lower
or higher than these values, you will have to increase or decrease the cooking time.

The temperature, weight, and shape of the food will strongly influence the microwave
effect on the cooking process. If the characteristics of the food do not completely match
those described, adjust the cooking time for best results.
Example: steaming 450 gr of fish

When the microwave is connected to the mains, the ":" symbol will flash.

Turn the knob to choose the desired cooking option.
Press the Start button to start cooking. The display will show the remaining

time.
3.9 Delay start function
If you do not want the selected programme to start immediately, you can set the Delay start
function. Follow the steps below:

Set the time.

Select the desired option and cooking time.
Example: it is currently 12:30 and you want the microwave to start automatically at
maximum power for 9 minutes and 30 seconds at 14:20.

PROCLEAN 5110 RED/ BLUE/ YELLOW/ GREEN
This option is suitable for steaming fish fillets up to 450 gr. After
washing the fish and removing the scales, cut a slit in the skin of
the fish and place it in a shallow dish of 22-27 cm diameter. Sprinkle
lightly with toppings and cover with cling film to prevent water loss.
When finished cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes.
