1. Follow the instruction in "BEFORE MEASURING BLOOD PRESSURE" to make yourself ready.
2. Press [
] button when the device is off to start measurement. The average blood pressures and last data
number are displayed briefly. The current pressure is displayed, as the measurement begins.
3. The cuff starts to inflate. It is normal for the cuff to feel very tight. A pressure bar indicator is displayed during
measurement. See "PRESSURE BAR INDICATOR" for more details.
4. When inflation is complete, deflation starts automatically. Once the pulse is detected, the [
pulse beat, indicating that the measurement is in progress.
5. When the measurement is complete, the systolic and diastolic pressure and pulse rate are displayed and
stored. At the same time, the cuff exhausts the remaining air and deflates completely.
6. Press [
] button to turn off the power.
