- Page 3 SAFETY INFORMATION Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install the product. WARNING • The product should be installed by a locally licensed plumber. • Please do not use plumber’s putty on plastic components. Use silicone caulk if sealant is required. • W hen installing the flexible hose, please note there should be no torsion or deformation.
- Page 4 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. T urn off water supply. Remove existing faucet if necessary. 2. Unscrew lock nut (G) from shank of faucet body (D). Remove lock nut (G), rubber washer (E) and metal washer (F) from shank of faucet body (D). 3a. Without deck plate installation: Install faucet body (D) through top of sink (not included).
- Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 3b. With deck plate installation: Place a bead of clear silicone sealant (not included) around the base of the putty plate (C). Place putty plate (C) and deck plate (B) on sink (not included). Insert faucet body (D) through deck plate (B).
- Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 6. Attach supply lines (H) to shut-off valves (not included) and hand tighten. Using two wrenches (not included), finish with one-half turn. Do not overtighten. 7. Remove plastic cap from discharge tube (L), then attach quick connector (J) to discharge tube (L). Pull down on quick connector (J) to ensure it is secure.
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 9. Turn on water supply. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Remove spray head (A) from faucet body (D). 2. Flush out any debris. Check for leaks.
- Page 8 OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS 3. Replace spray head (A). QUICK CONNECTOR REMOVAL 1. To remove the quick connector (J) from hose (I), push the housing of quick connector (J) upward. Hold clip and housing together and pull downward. WARNING: Be careful so as not to cut hands.
- Page 9 CARE AND MAINTENANCE • Clean periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals as these will dull the finish and void your warranty. TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE CORRECTIVE ACTION Leak from under handle. Trim cap has come loose. Tighten the trim cap. Clean or O-ring on cartridge is dirty or replace O-ring.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. The manufacturer agrees to correct such defects at no charge or, at our option, replace the faucet with a comparable or superior model.
