Convert input serialized byte string (hex format supported($xx)) to a TIC string.
-h :
Print current help and exit.
-nz :
No ZCL header present, olny binarized TIC
string to deserialize and translate.
-mt meterType : MT_UNKNOWN | MT_CT | MT_CBEMM | MT_CBEMM_ICC | MT_CBETM |
MT_CJE | MT_ICE | MT_STD | MT_PMEPMI | MT_PMEPMI13 | MT_NULL | MT_ICE_p |

-v :
Verbose mode giving info about conversion status.

Do not check checksum (Default checked).
-nfv n:
Number of received fields to valid a frame (Default 6).
-r|rs min/max:
Create ZCL reporting configuration frame.
Using 'min'/'max' report period parameters
min and max accept following syntaxes:
xxx ou xxxs => seconds, xxxm => minutes
use '-rs' if 'shifted report' needed (report on value before
modification)
-ri instance:
instance (virtual attribute).
Ignored if -r|-rs option not present.
-fr:
Create filtered request frame.
-srtf:
Show reformated tic frame from serialised one
-tapi:
Test Tabular API
