Scope of delivery
Note: The actual appearance of your prod-
uct may differ from the illustrations.
• Base plate
• Column
• Lever
• Fixing screws and nuts
• Allen wrench
• Operating manual
– Assemble the unit as shown (► P. 2, fig. 1 ).
– Use suitable screws to screw the drill stand firmly
to the work bench (► P. 3, fig. 2 ).
– Insert the drill into the accommodation element on
the unit and use the screw (3) to secure (► P. 5,
fig. 4 ).
Operation
DANGER! Risk of injury! Before using the
unit, the user must have read and under-
stood the operating instructions for the drill.
Drilling
– Secure the work piece in the vice (not included as
part of the scope of delivery).
– Position the vice, and use suitable screws to fas-
ten it firmly to the base plate.
– Switch on the drill and carefully lower the machine
head (► P. 4, fig. 3 ).
Setting the depth stop

– Lower the machine head until the tip of the drill
touches the work piece.
– Release the screw (1).
– Push the work piece to the side.
– Lower the machine head to the required drill
depth and hold in place.
– Read the drilling depth off the scale (2).
– Tighten the screw (1).
Maintenance

– Clean and oil the column regularly as shown.
Disposal
Disposal of the appliance
This appliance must not be disposed of with regular
household waste! Dispose of the appliance in the
appropriate manner. For more information, consult
your community waste disposal service.
Disposal of the packaging
The packaging consists of cardboard and
correspondingly marked plastics that can
be recycled.
– Make these materials available for recy-
cling.
