8 ½ oz of Milk
6 oz of Heavy Cream
1 oz of Cheddar or Emmental (shredded or grated)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Roll out the pastry and use to line the bottom plat of the pizza maker.
In a separate bowl mix the eggs, milk, cream, salt and pepper. Add the ham and
cheese to the bowl and stir well. Pour the mixture into the crust, close the lid and
cook for approximately 20-25 min.
Grilled Salmon with Asparagus (Serves 4); Preheat 3-5 min.; Cook Time Approx. 15-
20 min.
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1 Bunch of green asparagus
1 Onion
1 Tbs Sesame Seeds
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Lift the grill 180 degrees, so you can cook on the top grill. Switch power on both grill
and pizza maker sides and allow to heat for a few minutes.
Place the asparagus on the top plate to grill for 5 mins. Dice the onion and sauté on
the bottom plate until soft. Remove the asparagus and place the salmon on the top
grill. Sprinkle salt and the lemon juice over the fillets to taste. Once cooked sprinkle
with the sesame seeds. Serve the salmon with the sauteed onions and asparagus.
