Before returning the appliance, please remove any normal or rechargeable batteries from the
unneeded appliance (if it is easy to do so), as well as any lamps that can be removed without
destroying them, and dispose of them separately.
The following applies for the German market:
When purchasing a new appliance, you have the right to return the old appliance to your dealer.
Dealers of electrical and electronic appliances with a sales floor of at least 400 m² and grocers with
a sales floor of at least 800 m² who regularly sell electrical and electronic appliances are
furthermore obliged to accept old appliances free of charge, even without the purchase of a new
appliance, if the old appliances are not greater than 25 cm in size.
You can also return your old appliances to Deuba. Contact our customer service for more
information on return options.
Please contact your municipal or city government for more options on how to dispose of disused
products.
BATTERIES
As the end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. Once used, you can return
batteries to us or to designated collection points (e.g. local authority collection points or retailers)
free of charge.
You can also send the batteries back to us. We will refund the postage for returning any used
batteries.
The symbols shown on the batteries mean the following:
Battery must not be disposed of with household waste
Pb = Battery contains more than 0.004 % of lead by weight
Cd = Battery contains more than 0.002 % of cadmium by weight
Hg = Battery contains more than 0.0005 % mercury by weight.
