Troubleshooting
Warning! If there is any anomaly, unplug your appliance. Only a qualified electrician or
competent person may carry out troubleshooting.
If there is any anomaly during operation, check the following points before calling our approved after
sales service or a qualified professional.

Solution
Switch on the appliance
Check the fuse, replace it if necessary.
Set the thermostat to a higher position to
cool the unit
Electrical malfunctions must be corrected
by an electrician.
Packages must be dry before being placed
in the appliance
Limit the opening of doors so that moisture
from the room does not enter the appliance
Rearrange the interior of the appliance
Check the seals, replace them if necessary
Check if the appliance or the cabinet is
level, adjust if necessary
Adjust the cabinet if it is not level
Move the appliance slightly
If necessary, bend the component carefully
to clear the space
