POSITIONING THE BACKPACK
SPRAYER
WARNING:
to reduce the risk of injury when
operating this appliance. Do not wear
loose clothing or jewelry. Wear eye
protection. Wear heavy, long pants,
boots and gloves. Do not wear short
pants, sandals or go barefoot.
Before using the backpack sprayer,
make sure that the operator is
wearing eye protection and proper
clothing and can maintain a secure
and balanced footing.
To Adjust the Support Harness
1. Put your arms through the
backpack straps to support the
sprayer on your back.
2. Temporarily adjust both shoulder
straps to comfortable positions
(Fig. 5a), making sure that your elbow is comfortable.
3. Snap the chest buckle and adjust the chest strap length if necessary (Fig. 5b).
