Maintenance:
Straighten the frame in time.
1. If the ground is uneven and the loose soil layer is of different thickness, the aluminum alloy carport may tilt to one end. Once
found, it should be straightened in time to prevent deformation.
2. Prevent artificial increase of load. Do not let climbing fruits and vegetables such as lentils, loofahs, and pumpkins grow on the
roof, otherwise if it is windy and rainy, the frame will be overwhelmed and it is easy to cause the frame to crack, break, and
collapse. Avoid various vines climbing on the roof, otherwise they cannot withstand wind and rain and may break or collapse.
Maintenance of PC board:
1.When using the roof, be careful not to collide with the film with sharp objects to avoid scratching the film.
2.If the film is cracked, it can be repaired with glue or transparent tape or polyurethane. Always keep the film clean. Generally, PC
boards are replaced after 3-5 years of use to avoid affecting the light transmittance. If there is damage, transparent tape can be
used to repair the cracks in the film.
3.Polycarbonate material is flame retardant, but it still needs to be kept away from fire to avoid softening and deformation.
Frame maintenance:
1.The frame is made of aluminum alloy. In high temperature environment, if there is a whitening problem, it can be wiped with a cloth
in time.
2.If there is any deformation, it should be corrected in time to avoid excessive sunlight
How to do in bad weather:
1. If there is lightning, do not stay under the carport, because the aluminum alloy frame is conductive and will cause serious harm
2. When the wind speed reaches 70km/h, defense equipment should be prepared to fix the aluminum alloy carport. Fixing method:
Use a strong steel cable or anchor blocks connected to the four corners of the eaves to insert into the soil or tie to a nearby tree
trunk >10cm deep. Pay attention to removing the rope or steel cable after the weather turns good to avoid hurting pedestrians. In
the face of strong winds (about 70km/h), please take defensive measures. Use wire ropes and anchors to insert into the ground or
tie to a large tree for reinforcement.
3. Timely clean up fallen leaves on top, to avoid transparency reduction.
4. To prevent the collapse of snow accumulation, please remove the snow in time.
