WARNING
Failure to follow these warnings can result in serious injury or death!
• Place this product on level ground at least 6 feet away from walls, windows, radiators, re sources,
electrical wires, cords from shades or window coverings, appliances and furniture
• This product is intended for 3-7 years old
• Adult supervision is necessary during use of this product. Do not leave children unattended.
• Weight Limit is 69lbs, only one child should be allowed to use the climber gym at a time
• This product is intended for indoor use only
• Do not use this product in a manner other than its intended use
• Instruct children not to attach items to the climber that are not speci cally intended for use with this
product such as jump ropes, pet leashes, clotheslines, cables and chains as they may cause a
strangulation hazard.
• Instruct children not to climb when the equipment is wet
• Instruct children to remove their bike or other sports helmet before playing on the playground
equipment.
• Periodically inspect product for loose hardware, missing or broken parts, sharp edges and points and
contact the manufacturer for replacements.
• Cautionary statement
Recommend tightening bolts securely.
Children must not use the equipment until properly installed
At the beginning of each play season and twice a month during play season, should:
a) tighten all hardware
b) check metal parts for rust. If found, sand and repaint using a nonlead-based paint meeting the
requirements of 16 CFR 1303.
c) check all wood members for deterioration and splinters. Sand down splinters and replace deterio
rating wood members.
d) owners shall be responsible for maintaining the legibility of warning labels.
Please be alerted the following hazards:
a) risk of serious head injury or death due to fall from equipment placed on hard surfaces.
b) risk of using helmets and other items that can wrap around a child's neck, become entangled or
entrapped by the equipment, and lead to strangulation or death.
Maximum fall height 2 ft 1.5 inches (65 cm).
Never allow children to wear inappropriate items, such as but not limited to, loose tting clothing,
hood and neck drawstrings, scarves, cord-connected items, capes and ponchos. These items can cause
death by strangulation.
Please dress children with well- tting and full foot enclosing footwear. Examples of inappropriate
footwear are clogs, ip ops, and sandals.
DISPOSAL
• Disassemble and dispose of equipment in such a manner that no hazardous conditions such as,
but not limited to, small parts and sharp edges exist at the time equipment is discarded
