7.1
Fasten the A3000 open electronic module drinking-water heater.
A: Actuator 1 (violet)
B: Actuator 2 (yellow)
C:Analogue output 0-10 V
D:Temperature sensor, cold water
E: Temperature sensor, hot water
F: Sensor connection 2/3
F: Sensor connection 1
H:Electrical T-junction, system lines (Power)
K: Electronic module

Connect the temperature sensor or an external measuring device with a floating
output contact (closer).
Connecting the temperature sensor

To obtain an improved heat flow, it is recommended to place a few drops of heat
transfer compound (to be provided by the customer) on the
surface sensor

Connect the
module (K), if necessary use the extension cable.
Connecting the adapter line

Cut off the brown and the green cores on the adapter line for the sensor connection

Crimp the wire-end ferrule (e) on to the white and yellow cores of the actuator line.

Connect the adapter line for the sensor connection 1 to an external floating contact
of a measuring device, if necessary use an extension cable.
7.9
Connect the adapter line to the sensor connection 1 (G).
Connecting the actuators
7.10 Squeeze the wire-end ferrules (e) onto the actuator lines (d).
7.11 Connect the actuator lines to the actuators (e. g. solenoid valve).
Important!
Pin assignment table must be observed.
7.12 Connect the actuator lines (d) to the actuator distributor (L).
