TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNINGS!
• Experimentation and careless maintenance may lead to more problems to the machine. This will make formal diagnostic and repair more difficult.
• When the machine is open, there may be exposed connections carrying dangerous voltages. Any direct or indirect contact will cause an electric shock and
result in serious injury or death.
Note: Do not attempt to service this machine unless you have a thorough knowledge and understanding of electronic components and the hazards of electricity
and components carrying high voltage electricity. Before servicing, contact an authorised service center for further instructions.
DO NOT REPAIR OR MODIFY THE MACHINE IF IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY!
FAULT
Power indicator is not lit, fan does not work and no
welding output.
Power indicator is lit, fan works but there is no welding
output.
QC (Quality Control) LED is on permanently or when
striking an arc.
Output Current is not stabilized.
ENVIRONMENTAL DISPOSAL
In order to avoid damages on transportation, the tool has to be delivered in solid packaging. Packaging as well as the unit and accessories are made of
recyclable materials and can be disposed accordingly. The tool's plastics components are marked according to their material, which makes it possible to remove
environmental friendly and differentiated because of available collection facilities.
Only for EU countries
Do not dispose of electric tools together with household waste material!
In observance of European Directive 2002/96/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation in accordance with
national law, electric tools that have reached the end of their life must be collected separately and returned to an environmentally compatible
recycling facility.

REMEDY
1. Make sure power switch is working.
2. Check connections from ON switch to power board are in good condition.
3. Check the power supply outlet to make sure it is working properly.
4. Ensure that the power supply current characteristics of the power supply are suitable for
the operation of the machine and agree with the required characteristics which are listed in
the manual.
5. The control board may have a functional problem.
1. Check if all cables are connected properly.
2. Output connector is disconnected or damaged.
3. Control circuit might be faulty.
1. The overheating protection system may have been activated, wait for 15 minutes and then
try again.
2. The overload protection system may have been activated, turn off the machine for 30 seconds,
then turn it on again. If the light does not work, there is a problem with the machine's circuit board.
3. The IGBT of the control board may have a malfunction.
4. The fast recovery diodes or the transformer may have an operational problem.
1. Supply voltage is not stable.
2. One of your equipment parts is creating instability in the system.
3. Problem in the connections. Poor quality bonding between the contact points of cables and
components can create voltage drop or instability.
