INSTALLATION AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Warning: Please strictly refer to the following steps to connect the equipment.
Caution: Avoid using the machine under rains.
• Make sure that the input voltage is within the voltage range of the machine (200V - 240V), otherwise the welder will be damaged.
• The electrode holder and earth clamp are easily connected to the machine by inserting the quick connector and twisting it clockwise. Always ensure a correct
fit. Please pay attention to the polarity of the connections.
Installation
1. Ensure the intake of the machine is not blocked or covered, lest the cooling system will not operate efficiently.
2. Use inducting cable of not less than 6 mm² to connect the housing to ground. This is done by way of ground-connection at the back of the machine.
3. Ensure the cable, holder and fastening plug have been connected to ground. Insert the fastening plug into the "-" polarity socket and fasten it clockwise.
4. Attach cable to "+" polarity on the front panel, fasten it clockwise, this cable then clamps to the work piece.
5. Be aware of the connecting polarity correctly, this machine has two connections: a positive and a negative connection.
6. Positive connection: holder connects with "-" polarity, while work piece is connected to "+"polarity.
7. Negative connection: work piece to "-"polarity, holder to "+" polarity.
8. Choose the suitable connection for the job at hand. If the connection is unsuitable it will cause unstable arc, more spatters and conglutination. If such issues
occur, change the polarity.
9. Ensure your power supply is of the correct voltage for this machine or it is within permissible range. Installment is now complete.
Operation
● Turn the machine on via the ON/OFF switch located on the rear of the machine.
● Set the amperage knob according to type and size of welding rod being used.

ADDITIONAL SAFETY WARNINGS
A. Environment
1. The machine can perform in environments where conditions are dry with a max humidity level of 90%.
2. Ambient temperature is between 10 degrees to 40 degrees centigrade.
3. Avoid welding in bright sunshine or wet conditions.
4. Do not use the machine in an environment where there is conductive dust or corrosiveness gas in the atmosphere.
5. Avoid gas welding in an environment with strong air flows.
B. Health and Safety
The welding machine has installed protection circuit of over voltage and current and heat. When voltage and output current and temperature of machine are
exceeding the rate standard, welding machine will stop working automatically. Because that will be damage to welding machine, user must pay attention as
following.
1. The working area is adequately ventilated! The welding machine is powerful machine, when it is being operated, it generated by high currents, and natural
wind will not satisfy machine cool demands. So there is a fan in inter-machine to cool down machine. Make sure the intake is not in block or covered, it is 0.3
meter from welding machine to objects of environment. User should make sure the working area is adequately ventilated. It is important for the performance
and the longevity of the machine.
