PRINCIPLES OF PROPER USE
The products should be used according to their intended use.

All GROSPOL products are intended for use in dry and indoor spaces.

The products should not be exposed to prolonged sunlight, as the

Proper use of GROSPOL products will ensure their long and failure-free

Please DO NOT USE your whole body weight supporting yourself on the

armrests when getting up from the chair.
COMPLAINT CONDITIONS
The implementation of the complaint in the „door-to-door" mode consists in the
preparation and safe packaging of the product so that it can be picked up by the
manufacturer through the indicated courier company. The cost of delivery to the
manufacturer's service center and re-delivery to the Customer shall be borne by
the Seller. Failure to accept the product or individual parts for repair releases the
Guarantor from guarantee obligations. The manufacturer does not offer a mobile
service at the User's address.
The guarantee does not include natural wear and damage resulting from the
user's fault, in particular: tearing and scratching of the armrest overlays, cutting
the upholstery when unpacking the product, mechanical wiping of the fabric.
The products are subject to natural wear and tear which may particularly result in
a change of color due to solar radiation, clothing dyes, external contaminants, as
well as stretching, wiping, folding and discoloration of the upholstery.
Periodically check the connections of the parts (tightening of bolts and fasteners
of armrests, backrests, seats).

The nominal dimensions, depending on the configuration of the product, may be
slightly different. The dimensional tolerance between products of the same
configuration is +/- 5 mm.
Slight differences in fabric shades are possible if they are from different
production batches (orders for a given product were placed on different dates)
