Addition to 6.2.1. Assembling the Parts Cleaning Device
∙
We advise a two-man assembly to avoid damaging during the assembly of the IBS-Parts Cleaning Device Type M-500.
∙
Remove the packaging.
∙
Put in the two pedestals (1) into the tubular socket (located directly below the basin).
∙
Fix the two cross braces (2) with the enclosed screws (M8x50) on the pedestals.
∙
Fix the two diagonal braces (3) with the enclosed screws on the end with the frame (M8x50), other end with the rearward cross
brace (M8x20).
∙
Place the 200 litre drum in the collecting tray (optional) with the screw connection facing upwards and remove the 2" sealing cap
from the body of the drum.
∙
Place the assembled device on top of the drum.
