SOLUTION
1. Push flame button to increase
light.
2.Contact the customer service
center.
3. Remove screws holding back
panel in place and remove back
panel. Secure end of "Flame
wand" back into the support
bracket.

down for at least 10 minutes, and
then plug in and restart.
