Switching on
– Switch on the unit with the on/off switch on the
side of the unit.
– Press the [ON] key.
Note: The numbers 1-7 on the display indi-
cate the weekdays Monday-Friday.
Note: All the following settings are saved
without interrupting the power supply.
Time and weekday
– Press and hold the [

Desired room temperature
– Press the [+]/[–] key to set the desired room tem-
perature between 10°C and 49°C. The room tem-
perature can be set between 10°C and 49°C.

heating.
Heating capacity
– Press the [M] key to switch between high heat
output [ ], low heat output [ ] and frost protec-
tion mode.
Frost protection mode
If the frost protection mode is switched on and the
ambient temperature is below 5°C, the heater auto-
matically heats up with low heating power until the
ambient temperature is 9°C. The unit then switches
back to standby mode.
Parental lock
– Press the [+] and [–] buttons simultaneously for 3
seconds to activate the parental control.
• The [ ] icon on the display indicates that the
parental control is on.
– To cancel the parental control, press the [+]
and [–] buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
• The [ ] icon on the display goes out.
Timer Function
You can set a time after which the unit will automati-
cally turn off.
– Press the [
] key to activate the timer function.

Automatic Function
For each day of the week, you can set 6 periods dur-
ing which the appliance is to heat.
– Press and hold the [Prog] key to activate the
automatic function.

week you want to edit.

• The room temperature display (1) blinks.

cates that the power-on time is being edited.
– Press the [+]/[–] button to set the hours.

• The hour display (9) blinks.
– Press the [+]/[–] button to set the minutes in 10-
minute increments.

• The hour display (9) blinks and the [■] icon indi-
cates that the off time is being edited.
– Press the [+]/[–] button to set the hours.

• The hour display (9) blinks.
– Press the [+]/[–] button to set the minutes in 10-
minute increments.
– Press the [

• The room temperature display (1) blinks.
– Press the [+]/[–] key to set the desired room tem-
perature between 10°C and 49°C. The room tem-
perature can be set between 10°C and 49°C.
– Repeat the above steps for each day of the week
and the corresponding periods per day.
– Press and hold the [Prog] button to turn off the
automatic function.

• Remote control is only used in normal mode
