AFTERCARE GUIDE
When used as intended, your Secretlab Lumbar Pillow Pro should not need regular washing.
If you need to clean your pillow, follow the instructions below for proper maintenance.
Only wash the outer pillowcase, do not wash the inner memory foam core.

Cleaning Velour Upholstery
1. Connect the brush attachment to your vacuum and gently
vacuum the pillow.
2. Dampen a soft, clean cloth in cool water and gently dab at
any stains. Do not rub the velour to avoid damaging it.
3. If you wish, you can spray the pillow with a fabric-safe deodorizer.
Hand-Washing Velour Upholstery
1. Unzip the pillowcase and remove the inner foam.
2. Examine the pillowcase for any stains. If there are stains, dampen a
soft, clean cloth with cool water and gently dab at the stain. You should
dampen both sides of the stain from both the outside and inside of the
pillowcase. Do not rub the velour to avoid damaging it.
3. Turn the cover inside out.
4. Fill a container with cold water and add about 1 tablespoon of
gentle-care liquid laundry detergent to the running water.
Do not use hot water.
5. Soak the pillowcase in the water for about 5 to 10 minutes.
6. Drain the water from the container and rinse the pillowcase in
cool water. Rinse until the water runs clear.
7. Dab dry the pillowcase with a dry towel. Do not wring the pillowcase
to dry as this will break the fibers.
8. Lay the pillowcase flat. Allow it to air dry completely.
When completely dry, place the inner foam back into the
pillowcase and zip it up.
