NOTE
1. Short operation time: With heavy mixtures, do not operate the
machine for more than six minutes, and then allow it to cool down
for a further ten minutes.
2. When kneading dough, do not go over speed 4 to prevent machine
from wobbling.
3. While in use, the top cover can become hot. It's normal. It will not
affect the performance of the machine.
Adjusting the levels and using the dough hook for not more than 900g
