5. TROUBLESHOOTING
1 PROBLEM
After adding gasoline and oil for the first time, the generator cannot
start normally.
1 When starting the generator for the first time, check whether the spark plug is loose,
then add 2.25 gal gasoline and 0.16 gal engine oil, and let it sit for 6 minutes to make
the oil circuit full of oil. During this period, the traction rope can be pulled out to allow
the oil to fill the oil circuit faster.
2 There is no problem with the product inspection, but it still cannot start normally. You
need to rotate the three-in-one switch from the "START" position to the "RUN" position,
pull the traction rope, and start the generator.
2 PROBLEM
After the generator is started normally and a high-power product
is loaded, the product stalls directly.
After starting, let the generator run without load for 5-6 minutes to allow the internal
equipment of the generator to warm up so that High-power equipment operates nor-
mally.
3 PROBLEM
The power of the electrical appliance is lower than the rated power
of the generator, and the product cannot be used normally.
Confirm whether the electrical appliance is an inductive electrical appliance. The peak
power of an inductive electrical appliance is generally 2-3 times its rated power.
