Using the raclette grill
Pre heat
1. Place the unit on a flat surface that is not sensitive to heat.
2. First place the reversible cast iron plate on the rack and place the pans in
the cooling level.
3. With the help of a kitchen towel and a few drops of oil, rub the grill surface
next.
Note
Do not use too much oil in preparation or during grilling, as it can burn onto the griddle.

4. Insert the plug into a grounded socket.
5. Switch on the device via the rotary knob on the front. Turn the knob
clockwise past the "On" mark. The red lamp to the right of the knob will light
up, indicating that the raclette grill is heating up.
6. Set the temperature control knob to the highest level (Max) for preheating
and allow the unit to heat up for 10 minutes. Now turn the temperature
control knob down to the range between MIN and MAX if you do not want to
heat at maximum level.
Frying
1. The device is now ready for use. Select a suitable temperature depending on
the ingredients.
2. Place the prepared food on the griddle and grill it until it is cooked.
3. Remove the food from the grill plate and place it on a plate.
Raclette / Grill
1. Fill the pan with any ingredients and place it under the grill plate on the
raclette level.
2. Remove the pan from the raclette level as soon as it is cooked or the raclette
cheese has melted.
3. Carefully slide your dish off the pan with the wooden spatula and onto a
plate.
4. To keep the food warm, turn the temperature control to "Min".
Turning the raclette off
1. Set the temperature controller to the "Off" position. The light on the
controller goes out.
2. Allow the unit to cool down before cleaning it.
