• Internal program (deactivated by default): In the "TaHoma Classic" app, you will find in the
thermostat io settings menu the option to create two distinct weekly programs. These
programs are saved in the io thermostat and when activated, the programs will operate
automatically in the event of an Internet interruption (default: "night" from midnight to
06:00, "at home" from 06:00 to 21:00, "night" from 21:00 to midnight). This program
incorporates the heating anticipation function (only available in the Tahoma Classic app)
which can be deactivated in the parameters (NB: there is no heating anticipation with the
TaHoma schedule).

Solutions
Go to the TaHoma interface to untick the
"Thermostat child locking mode" option
You need to reset the thermostat by
pressing and holding the RST button
for 10 seconds.
For TaHoma schedule: TaHoma has sent
an order to follow the schedule again.
For internal program: The thermostat
is switched back to the internal program
automatically.
For TaHoma schedule: You can create
scenarios with your other home equipment.
For internal program: You have the option
of using heating anticipation mode.
The thermostat will return to its
program when it next switches mode.
