Cleaning the inner body
► Dismantling, see chapter «Disassembly».
► Check and clean the area of the seat gas-
ket.
► Clean the drill holes of the inner housing.

Backfill manometer adapter with buffer liquid
Note
In particular, distilled water evaporates very easily at higher temperatures, so after years of operation, the buffer fluid may
evaporate. In this case, top up the buffer fluid.
1.
Fill the threaded hole with 3ml of buffer liquid. Use preferably glycol or distilled
water as buffer liquid. Make sure that no air bubbles are formed.
2.
In addition, fill the opening in the manometer. Make sure that no air bubbles form.
3.
Attach the O-ring to the manometer and screw it from contact min. 180° to max.
360° into the adapter.

Note: If the manometer indicates pressure without preload, buffer liquid must be
removed until the pressure indicator shows 0.
4.
Attach the O-ring to the adapter and mount the manometer with adapter on the
valve. Screw in from contact min. 180° to max. 360°. Caution: Turn only the adap-
ter!
