Warnings for use
Make sure to always unplug the appliance after every use.
Before connecting the appliance, check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local voltage.
Do not immerse or drop the appliance in water.
Do not direct the airflow towards the eyes or other sensitive areas.
During drying, do not bring your hair close to the air intake grille to avoid any entanglement.
Do not store, use or install the appliance where there is a risk it might fall into water (e.g. sink or bathtub).
If the appliance accidentally comes into contact with water o falls into water, unplug it immediately. Do not at-
tempt to retrieve the appliance in the water.
Do not use the appliance if damaged or malfunctioning, or in case the power cable and/or the plug have been
damaged. Do not leave the appliance operating unattended.
If the appliance overheats, it will switch off automatically. Unplug the appliance and let it cool down for a few
minutes. Before switching the appliance on again, check the air intake grill to make sure they are not blocked by
dust, hair or other material that can obstruct the correct airflow.
Do not insert any foreign object inside the openings and vent holes. Make sure all openings and vent holes are
free from obstruction during use, and that are always free from dust and dirt. Do not pull the cord with unneces-
sary force and after use do not wrap the cord around the unit. Check the cable regularly for signs of damage.
This appliance cannot be used by children, or persons with reduced physical, sensitive or intellectual capabi-
lities, or with lack of experience and knowledge, without supervision or if they are not given instructions and
warnings on the correct and safe use of the device and the potential risks related to its use.
Do not use this device in a bathtub, shower, or water-filled reservoir.
When the hairdryer is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of water presents a hazard even
when the hairdryer is switched off.
For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating
current not exceeding 30 mA is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask your installer for
advice. Do not put the appliance down while operating, make sure to always switch it off before laying it down to
avoid dangerous overheating.
Warning: Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing
water.
Use instruction
Before first use, remove the protective film from the hair dryer. Insert the plug into the socket and turn on the
appliance using the ON/OFF button. When first turned on, the hair dryer will automatically set to the highest heat
level. Set the appliance to the desired speed and heat intensity. With the speed selector button, the following
settings are available:
• low air jet, for slow and precise drying
• medium air jet, for gentle drying of slightly damp thin hair
• high air jet, for faster drying of the hair.
With the temperature selector button, the following settings are available:
• low temperature
• medium temperature
• high temperature
By selecting different temperatures, the LED indicator above the handle will show a different color:
• at low temperature, the LED will show blue color
• at medium temperature, the LED will show the yellow color
• at high temperature, the LED will show the purple color
Using the hot/cold air reversal button you can switch from hot air jet to cold air jet to fix the hairstyle optimally. In
this case, the LED indicator above the handle will show the green color.
To return to hot air mode, press the hot/cold air reversal button again.
To turn off the hair dryer, press the ON/OFF button again.
If during use the appliance is switched off while it is set to one of the hot air levels, it will automatically start with
the highest heat level the next time it is turned on. Conversely, if the appliance is switched off while set to the
cold air stream, it will restart with the cold air jet when turned on again.
