B. UNO 100
1- Take all the parts out of the carton.
2- Insert the tow bar into the frame until the clips are in one of the 3 positions. You can adjust the height
of the trailer by using these 3 positions. Then screw the 2 screws on the front of the frame (Allen key
number 5). Maximum torque is 8Nm.

3- If the hitch part is not already mounted at the end of the tow bar you will have to assemble it. First,
place the 2 washers of 10 mm of each side of the black composite hitch and introduce it in the yoke
of the tow bar. Then introduce the 10mm short axe from the right side of the trailer (when looking
from the back) and lock it with the M10 nut. You need an Allen key number 5 and a socket wrench
number 13mm. When it is screwed, this part must stay free to turn but with a small resistance in
order to avoid a play at this place. Maximum torque is 8Nm. To finish, plug the black plastic end-cap
on the nut.

4- Then mount the fender, the back wheel and the security flag. The flag is mounted with the quick
release on the left side of the swing arm.

5- Check that everything is correctly assembled and that no play occurs in any place. Check that the
wheel turns free.
6- You can now hitch your trailer to your bike or tandem. First remove your seat post from your bike and
clean it correctly. Then put the black aluminium ring on the seat post but don't lock it yet. Slide your
seat post first in the hitch and then in the o-ring. After that put your seat post in place in your bike
frame. Adjust the height of your seat and finally lock the black ring but take care to let a gap of
0,5mm between the ring and the trailer link to make sure that your trailer can turn correctly around
the seat post.

7- After the first few kilometres, check that everything is correctly screwed.
3. Maintenance
In order to make sure that your trailer will work fine during a long time, it is really important to follow the
maintenance operations described below.
⇒ Before hitching the trailer up a bike, clean the seat post and the hitch with a rag and some Teflon oil.
⇒ Before any use, check that your trailer is in good condition. Check that you have no play in the hitch and in
all the other parts, like the swing arm and the wheel. Check that everything is correctly screwed especially
the quick release of the wheel and the screws of the tow bar.
⇒ Grease regularly (approximately every 50 hours) the different axes with bike grease (for example with the
"Bike Grease 2000" from Motorex).
⇒ Check regularly the air pressure of the tire and of the shock absorber. Respect the minimum and maximum
air pressure specified on the tire and specified in the notice of the rear shock.
⇒ Lubricate the plunger of the shock with a teflon oil. Spray the teflon oil on the plunger, then compress the
shock 5 times and clean the plunger. This operation is made to clean the plunger and the seal.
⇒ Clean the frame only with soap and clean water.
⇒ Every 3 years replace the hitch. Even if it still looks good, it is more secure to change it.
⇒ Concerning the shock absorber, follow the manual of the supplier.
