Diagnosis of breakdowns
1. When the refrigerator does not work: Make sure
There are electric current and the voltage is normal.
The fuse has blown.
The male plug is fully inserted into the socket.
2. When the refrigerator does not cool enough: make sure
The thermostat setting is adequate.
There is enough space around the refrigerator.
The doors are not opened too frequently and for too long.
The refrigerator is not subject to direct sunlight or placed near a heat source.
There is not too much food and hot food in the refrigerator.
3. When food in the refrigerator is frozen:
The thermostat setting is adequate.
There is not too much food in the refrigerator.
4. When the refrigerator is too noisy:
The refrigerator is straight (and do not lean).
The refrigerator is not in contact with surrounding objects.
Solid containers or packages stored inside are not touching.
Note :
When the relative humidity is high, there may be moisture forming on the
surface of the refrigerator. This is not a malfunction. You can simply wipe
yourself. If your refrigerator is still not working normally after performing the
above checks, please contact without delay maintenance department.
If the power cable is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
after sales service or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
