Use the speed selector in order to choose the speed between 1 and 6.
For using the Pulse function, put the speed selector in Pulse Function and maintain it the
time wanted. Drop the speed selector in order to let the machine go back to 0.
Push the height adjustment knob (2) in order to lift the arm.
In order to unlock the bowl, turn it on the opposite size of a clock-wise direction.
Food can be removed from the bowl (5) thanks to a spatula.
Unplug the appliance.

With heavy mixtures, do not operate the machine for more than ten minutes, and then allow it
to cool down for a further few minutes.

4) CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

a) Cleaning the stand mixer
To avoid any danger:
Always disconnect the appliance from the mains before cleaning.

Whenever possible, rinse parts immediately after processing for easy cleanup.

Never immerse the motor unit in water or use caustic or abrasive cleaning materials clean only

b) Storing the stand mixer
After cleaning the various parts, wipe gently with a clean cloth. Reassemble all parts and keep the
appliance in a dry place. Remember to clean all the parts after each use.
