8. User program
Users U1 ~ U4 can create their own resistance peak program at each different
interval for resistance settings, four sets of peak graphics stored in a spreadsheet,
can be repeated by the user.
9. H.R.C.
This function is a way to control the resistance of the exercise by the user's heartbeat
value, basically there are four states according to the purpose of the desired exercise:
ix. 55% -- Diet Effectiveness Program
x. 75% -- Health Effects Program
xi. 90% -- Exercise Effectiveness Program
Target heart rate- self-training heart rate value

10. Watt
User can set the watt value from 10-350 according to his/her body's energy power,
after fixing the watt value, press the "Start/Stop" button to utilize the watt fixation as
another indicator for training.
11. Recovery
When PULSE is detected, please press the heartbeat reply button to start detecting
the heartbeat reply function. The test time will count down from 1 minute to 0:00, and
the heartbeat symbol will continue to flash until it returns to 0. Please hold the
heartbeat device tightly in your hand during the 1 minute of detection to keep the
heartbeat symbol blinking and detecting, and when the time returns to 0, the
electronic meter will read the user's heartbeat reply F1~F6 level.
