Troubleshooting
If the actions suggested fail to fix the problem, or the problem reoccurs,
and your device is within the warranty period please return to NOOĀNCE.
DO NOT attempt to investigate any further.
DO NOT attempt to modify the NOOĀNCE helmet in any way. The
NOOĀNCE helmet has NO parts you can repair yourself.
Problem
The NOOĀNCE
helmet doesn't
switch on.
Cause
The controller (battery) is not
fully charged because the
charging cable was not properly
inserted into the power outlet.
The remote control is not fully
charged because the charging
cable was not properly
inserted into the power outlet.
The power outlet didn't work
during charging.
The user does not wear the
NOOĀNCE helmet upright on
his/her head.
The NOOĀNCE helmet
connects not only to the
controller but also to a power
outlet.
Solution
Insert the charging cable
properly into the power outlet.
Insert the charging cable
properly into the NOOĀNCE
helmet and charge the
NOOĀNCE helmet.
Try a different 5V adapter or
power outlet.
Unless the NOOĀNCE helmet
is positioned on the user's
head, it will not begin a
session.
After the controller (battery) is
powered on, it is in charge mode
by default. When the NOOĀNCE
helmet cannot be activated in
charging mode, disconnect the
power, and the controller
(battery) will resume regular use.
