4. Do not insert your fi ngers into the holes in the seat for draining water. You risk cutting or getting
your fi nger stuck.
5. Do not use a defective or broken product.
6 Keep the product away from children.
7. Only an authorised service centre should replace missing, damaged or worn parts.
8. Do not use high-pressure cleaners or aggressive, corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning.
9. Special care should be taken when using the product.
10. Check that the product is correctly assembled.
11. Do not lean excessively, especially backwards, as there is a risk of tipping over.
CAUTION:
In the event of a device-related „serious incident" that has directly or indirectly led to, could have led to,
or is likely to lead to any of the following:
a) death of a patient, user or other person, or
b) temporary or permanent deterioration of the health of a patient, user or other person, or
c) a serious risk to public health
the above ‚serious incident' must be notifi ed to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of
the Member State in which the user or patient is resident. In case of Poland, the competent authority is
the Offi ce for Registration of Drugs, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products.
CAUTION:
If you experience pain, allergic reactions or other worrying symptoms that are unclear to you, related
to the use of the medical device, consult your healthcare professional.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Physical or mental limitations (e.g. visual impairment) that prevent safe handling of the product.
TARGET PATIENT GROUP
Persons suff ering from diseases, dysfunctions or injuries for the treatment/rehabilitation or
compensation of which this device is intended (see section on intended use of the device in these
instructions). The device can be purchased by the user on their own or on the recommendation
of a doctor, therapist or other specialist. Whether you purchase the device yourself or on the
recommendation of a doctor/therapist/other specialist, you must take into account the available sizes/
necessary functions/sizes/variants of the device, the indications and contraindications for use, as well
as the information provided by the manufacturer.
STORAGE
Store the product in a dry cool room, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
MAINTENANCE
1. Ensure that all attachments are always secure.
2. Promptly replace any damaged or deteriorated components.
CLEANING
Clean the product with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use rough tools or strong detergents
for cleaning.
HOW TO DISPOSE OF THE PRODUCT AT END-OF-LIFE
After the device has been taken out of service, the medical device can be disposed of as normal
household waste.
