6. Keep all inflammable materials, such as sleeping bags, at least one metre away
from a lit or hot stove until the stove has cooled.
7. Ensure that you keep your face and body parts away from a lit gas stove to avoid
burns.
8. Do not place an empty pot on a lit stove because this will damage the pot and can
create a safety hazard.
9. Be careful when relighting a gas stove that has just been used. The hot burner
may vaporize fuel and a fire or explosion may result. We advise to wait until the
stove has fully cooled before relighting.
10. When changing the gas cartridge make sure that the stove is cool and
turned off.
11. Properly rotate the stove and gas cartridge to avoid danger caused by fuel
leakage. After using, separate the stove and gas cartridge and store the gas
cartridge away from the stove.
