Controlling an RX+L
To control an RX+L, the RX+R must be registered with that RX+L and the
RX+L must be ON (illuminated) or in standby mode (i.e. the main light is
OFF but the battery indicator LEDs are ON). If the RX+L is turned OFF it
will not respond to the RX+R.
Turning an RX+L ON
When the RX+L is in standby mode it can be turned ON by a tap of
either the – or + button from the pair (1,2 or 3) that is assigned to.
The RX+L will then illuminate, in the colour and brightness that it was
previously set to.
Controlling an RX+L when it is ON
The – and + buttons will control the brightness of the RX+L light. The
RX+L has four brightness settings in both colour settings. Once the max-
imum brightness has been reached subsequent presses of the + button
will have no effect. Equally once the minimum brightness has been
reached subsequent presses of the - button will have no effect.
Double tapping the – or + button will switch the LED colour from white
to orange or orange to white. The new colour will come on at the same
brightness setting as the previous colour.
Putting an RX+L into STANDBY
Press and hold either the – or + button for >1.5 seconds from the pair of
buttons (1,2 or 3) that the RX+L is assigned to. The RX+L main light will go
out, but the battery indicator LEDs will remain illuminated.
Controlling an RX+S
Ensure all the RX+S units you wish to control are registered with the
RX+R.
1.
Press and release any of the three 'S' buttons. The RX+R will now
check the status of the RX+S units, during which time the LEDs
will flash in sequence. The LEDs will then change to show the
status of the units as follows –
•
Continuous Orange LED – The RX+S unit is in 'Standby' mode.
•
Continuous Green LED – The RX+S is in 'Floodlight' mode.
•
Pulsing Green LED – The RX+S is in 'Security' mode.
•
LED extinguished – RX+S is OFF, or no RX+S is assigned to this LED
