The product is a bi-directional HDMI:

Description

Switch mode:
Press the select button to switch between inputs.
2 to 1

A number will light up to indicate which input is active.

Switch mode:
Press the select button to switch between displays.
1 to 2

2x displays cannot output at the same time.

Notes:
There are 2x power supply methods:

Power via HDMI
2.
USB-C® input
Use the power input DC 5V if the HDMI source cannot supply enough power.
9 Troubleshooting

Check the display is working by connecting the source directly to it.

Check all connections.
■
Make sure all HDMI cables can support 4 K or 8 K video signals.
■
Check the main unit is receiving power (e.g. the HDMI port number
lights up).
■
Cables should be certified.
■
The HDMI input power may be insufficient. Try connecting an addi-
tional power supply to the power input DC 5 V .
■
Output is not 8 K
Check to make sure the inputs and output displays fully support 8 K.
■
Check the HDMI cables can transmit an 8 K video signal.
■
