CHARGING THE BATTERY
• Caution: a new battery is not fully
charged and must therefore be charged
before the appliance is used for the
first time.
• Charge the battery at an atmospheric
temperature of between 4 and 40ºC.
• Connect the charger (M) to the jack
using the socket on the appliance. The
socket is located at the lower part of the
appliance.
• Plug the charger (M) into the mains.
• The pilot light (D) will light white to
indicate that the charger is charging the
battery. Once it is fully charged, the light
will turn blue.
• Approximately 90 minutes are needed
for a complete charge of the battery.
• When the battery is fully charged
disconnect the charger from the mains
supply.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE
• Make sure that all product's packaging
has been removed.
• Please read carefully the "Safety advice
and warnings" booklet before first use.
• Before using this product for the first
time, it is important to make a full
charge of batteries.
INSERTION OF A COMB GUIDE
• Fit the comb guide to the appliance.
• Hold the guide comb by the two sides,
insert the head into the guides and slide
downward until it is coupled (Fig. 1).
• To remove the guide comb, hold the
guide comb height selector in the
lowest position, and then pull the comb
upwards (Fig. 2).
USE
• The appliance can be used directly to
the mains or by using his batteries.
• Fully extend the supply cord before
plugging it in.
• Make sure that the blades are correctly
aligned.
