Problem

Possible Causes
Plug the power cord into a live
outlet.
Securely reinsert the plug into the
outlet. If necessary, have a
qualified electrician check if the
power plug prongs are intact.
Ensure your circuit breaker or
fuse is working properly.
Place the heater on a firm and
level surface free from obstruc-
tions. Keep it upright and turn it
on again.
Unplug from power and wait for
30 minutes for the heater to cool
down before plugging back in.
The heater will automatically turn
on again when the surrounding
temperature is below 86
When the device is just powered
on and not configured with a
network, the Wi-Fi light will
continue to flash for about 20
minutes and then turn off
automatically. If you want the
Wi-Fi light to stop flashing, you
can consult the Pairing Guide in
the App and connect the device
to Wi-Fi network. After connect-
ing, the light will stay on.
