11. Using the microphone

You can speak into the remote control microphone to start an internet
search.
You can also dictate the search terms in most of the places in which the on-
screen keyboard appears for text input.
PLEASE NOTE!
The voice search facility is not available with all appli-
cations.
 Click on a text box or click anywhere in an entry
which has already been made in a text box.
 Keep the microphone button pressed down.
The voice input window will appear.
 Speak into the microphone and then let go of the
microphone button.
• If you do a voice search in the main menu, the
internet browser will open and the Google results
for your search will be displayed.
• If you use the voice search facility in another menu
or another window, click on the menu/application
window in order to use the terms.
 If the command cannot be clearly interpreted, a window will appear with
possible options:
 Select the right word in order to proceed.
 If none of the options are correct, press

RETURN to try again.
