FAULT DIAGNOSIS
The following simple checks may be performed by the operator. If the machine is still not working, please contact your local
Service Agent:

Remedy
•
Connect battery terminal
•
Switch to ON position
•
Wait for 20 minutes to allow the motor
temperature to reach room temperature.
Then try again
•
Check for debris and clean machine
•
Change to operating position (see pictorial
guide)
•
Refit or replace recovery tank
•
Check brush pressure, if needed replace
brushes
•

•
Clean drum and base of the machine
•
Clean or replace brushes
•
Connect the charger until battery attains
fully charged and then try again
•
Wait 20 minutes and restart
•
Check hose connection in the pump input.
If there is no noise present from the pump,
Check electrical cable is fitted correctly,
see below
•
Refit / replace electrical cable - this should
be on the right hand side of the machine
from the operator's position
•
Fill solution tank
•
Clean jet
•
Clean inline filter from fresh water tank
•
Clean / replace filter or valve
