which indicate important details con-
cerning the use of the valve. Ignoring
of it can result in trouble.
Introduction
The pressure-reducing valve JRGURED is a
compact fitting for water systems*, consi -
sting of a coarse filter and a pressure-
reducing valve.
* Other applications on request.
Function
The pressure of water from the main supply net-
work may have to be reduced to a value suitable
for the consumer's system.
The pressure-reducing valve JRGURED
decreases the inlet pressure to a lower, con stant
outlet pressure.
The coarse filter incorporated as a standard
feature retains suspended particles, which are
larger than 1'000 µm. When required or in case
of a noticeable pressure drop during the con-
sumption of water, the coarse filter has to
be cleaned.
