CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before performing cleaning operations,
always disconnect the plug from the
mains power and wait for the appliance
to be completely cooled.
To clean both the internal parts
and the coatings of the oven
use a damp cloth. Do not use
abrasive or corrosive products.
Never wash the oven with
running water or submerge it
in liquids.
• Do not use abrasive detergents or sharp tools to clean the oven cause scratches could
weaken or damage it.
• Let all the parts and surfaces perfectly dry before connecting the oven to the power
and using it.
• Clean the oven after every use to avoid fumes or bad smells formation.
• The grid, the pan, the roaster and the tongs cleaning can be performed with hot water
(65° C) and normal dishwasher detergents.
