• The ventilation and the roasting-jack are selectable either combined that separately,
as by the needs for the cooking.
During convection cooking hot air is circulated throughout the oven cavity to brown
and crip foods quickly and eventy.
• Rotate the dial (4) to the desired position.
• Turn the timer dial (1) to the desired cooking time.
The light (5) will turn on.
• The end of the cooking cycle is indicated by an acoustical signal.
• Reposition the dial (4) to "0" position.
• Both during and after cooking, use either the utensil provided (10) or hot pads to
remove the food containers from the oven.
- Temperature selection knob (3): to choose the desired temperature from 100°C
to 230°C for cooking or roasting.
- Control switch knob (4): ventilation and roasting-jack selector.
