11.1 Installation location

Install the appliance only in a frost-free space.

The appliance is designed only for undersink installation.
The appliance water connections face toward the top.
Note
Make sure that enough clearance is left around the
appliance for maintenance work.
Install the appliance vertically and in the vicinity of the draw-off
point.

12.1 Installing the appliance
Mark the drill hole points using the bracket as a template.
Drill the holes and secure the wall mounting bracket with the
appropriate screws and accessories if needed for the wall
substrate.
Hang the appliance on the wall mounting bracket.

12.2 Water connection

Match the color coding of the water connection fittings and the
appliance:
1 Blue = cold water supply inlet - push-fit connector
2 Red = hot water outlet - nozzle
3 White = air vent tube & automatic cap
Plumbing connections
For the cold water supply: Plug the push-fit connector of
the fitting onto the cold water supply of the UltraHot Plus/
Premium.
For the hot water outlet: Push the
the nozzle of the hot water outlet on the UltraHot Plus/Premi-
um as far as it will go.
Secure the connection location by sliding on the ear clamp
provided and tightening it with ear clamp pliers, crimping
pliers, or end cutters.
For the air vent tube: UltraHot Plus/Premium is equipped
with an automatic air vent and does not need a hose con-
nected to it. If installing a near-boiling water dispenser fau-
cet with a vent hose to an UltraHot Plus/Premium, the vent
hose may be left unconnected and the automatic vent on the
UltraHot Plus/Premium will vent the appliance as needed.
The vent hose can be connected to the UltraHot Plus/Premi-
um if desired by pulling the automatic vent cap on the Ultra-
Hot Plus/Premium upwards. The vent hose from the faucet
can then be pushed onto the remaining vent tube.

Carry out all plumbing connection and installation work
according to instructions.

The appliance can leak and may fail to operate if installed
improperly.
Do not expose the appliance to any water pressure.
Do not mix up the water connections.

Note
The hot water outlet tube should be installed so that it
rises in a constant slope to the faucet, without any sag
in the hose.
