Make sure that the connecting cable is
not squashed, bent or laid over sharp
edges and does not come into contact
with hot surfaces.
■
Switch off the device and disconnect it
from the mains power if a fault occurs
during operation or before a thunder-
storm.
■
When removing the mains plug from
the plug socket, always pull on the
mains plug and never the mains cable.
■
Do not pull or carry the device by the
connecting cable. Do not wrap the
connecting cable around the device to
prevent the cable breaking.
■
Never place heavy objects on the device,
the connecting cable or the attachments.
■
Protect the device and attachments from:
fire and other heat sources, persistent
moisture, wet conditions, persistent
direct sunlight and impacts.
■
Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee that
there is no interference that may prevent
the device from working and to avoid
possible damage.
ATTACHING / DETACHING
ATTACHMENTS
Please Note!
■
The device and attachments will become
hot during use. Switch off the device
and allow it to cool down before you
attach/detach the attachments.
•
Attaching: Plug the attachment (1 – 6)
with the round opening into the
mount (8) of the main unit (7) and twist
it clockwise until it engages (Picture C).

Detaching: Twist the attachment anti-
clockwise and then detach it from the
main unit.
USE
Please Note!
■
Do not use the device on wet hair to
preserve both the hair and the device.
The hair should be at least towel-dried.
We recommend blow-drying the hair for
a short time if necessary before using the
curler, round brush or comb attachment.
■
Keep the device away from the face, in
particular the eyes. Make sure that the
attachment does not touch the scalp!
Maintain a gap of 3 to 5 cm.
■
Keep the hair away from the air inlet.
■
Do not use the device in one spot for
too long; this can damage the hair!
We recommend that you use a heat
protection spray.
■
Only apply styling products like hair
spray or gel to the cooled hair once you
have finished using the device.
1. Attach the attachment you want to the
device (see the "Attaching / Detaching
Attachments" chapter and the "Tips on
Using the Attachments" section).
2. Fully unwind the connecting cable and
connect the mains plug to a plug socket.
3. To switch on the device, slide the switch
(9) to the On position (Picture B:
position a).
Air will flow out and the LED (11) for the
selected temperature level will light up.
4. Adjust the temperature level if necessary.
To do this, press the button
a short time until the corresponding
LED (11) lights up:
