PROBLEM
The appliance does not turn
on.
No steam is coming out.
Steam does not come out
and the cap won't unscrew.
The appliance is pressurized

POSSIBLE CAUSE
No power.
Boiler out of water.
Steam lock activated.
The boiler is not yet
pressurised.
Steam hose trapped or
twisted.
Steam button broken.
The steam is set to the
Minimum level.
The seals produce friction.
ONLY FOR SMART_AIRPLUS
POSSIBLE CAUSE
FrescoVapor knob
regulation in OFF
position.
Please check the
Frescovapor level.
The steam is mixing with
FrescoVapor.

SOLUTION
Check that the appliance
has been connected to
the mains, as indicated in
Section 1.
Add water to the tank as
described in Section 12.
Disconnect the steam lock
on the handle.
Wait until the steam
indicator light comes on.
Check that the steam hose is
not trapped or twisted.
Take the appliance to an
Authorised Service Centre.
Turn the steam adjustment
knob to increase the flow.
Lubricate the seals with
silicone grease or Vaseline,
or alternatively with a small
amount of vegetable oil.
SOLUTION
Turn the FrescoVapor
regulation knob.
Fill the Frescovapor tank.
Reduce the quantity of
FrescoVapor as desired, to
reduce the humidity of the
steam.
Don't use the appliance and
take it to an Authorised Service
Centre.
