The company 4S Services sprl - eScooter declines any responsibility in case of improper
use of the T2 eScooter scooter to the applicable legislation in the country in force.
When purchasing a product of the eScooter T2, users or their representatives
acknowledge having read the terms of use and can not in any case turn against
eScooter / 4S Services SPRL.
Warranty:
Your eScooter is covered by a two-year limited warranty, except for the conditions as
follows:

Warranty/guarantee has expired
2.
Damage due to incorrect assembly
or use not in accordance with the
user instruction manual
3.
Failures due to non-authorized
disassembly, repair or modification
4.
Damages due to incorrect charging
or not using original charger
5.
Damages during loading and
transportation by user

Damages caused by force majeure
like earthquake or fire
7.
The battery is covered by a limited
warranty of 1 year. This warranty
isvoid in the event if your scooter
is not charged fully at least once
per month.
Consumable parts like (but not

limited to) brakes, tyres, tyre tubes
and brake liners are not covered by
the warranty.
