PROBLEM
The SteamyMilk water/ste-
am dispensing is very slow.
The appliance dispenses
watery coffee.
The appliance dispenses wa-
tery coffee with an excessive
volume.
The appliance drips (from
spout) after dispensing.
Unable to insert pod into the
filter holder.
Water tank leaking.
How can I restare the default
settings?
TROUBLESHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Steam nozzle partially ob-
structed.
An
appliance
cycle may be necessary.
Coffee grind too coarse.
Not enough ground coffee.
lncorrect coffee volume.
This is not a fault.
Defarmed pod.
Pod not compatible.
Tank is not inserted
correctly.
Broken tank.
SOLUTION
Remove the nozzle from the
appliance, soak it in a cle-
ansing solution, and use a
thin object to clean the hole.
Then, rinse under running
water.

Follow the procedure de-
scribed in the instruction
booklet.
lnsert more coffee in the
filter holder, or use a finer
grind.
lnsert the correct quantity
of ground coffee and press
it down with the
"tamper".
Programme the coffee vo-
lume as indicateci in the in-
structions far use.
Working correctly. Wait a
few seconds after dispen-
sing has finished.
Use a new pod.
Use E.S.E. pods with a 44
mm diameter.
lnsert the tank correctly into
position, ensuring it is strai-
ght.
Replace with originai spare
part.
To reset the appliance, press
ON+OFF+MENU at the same
time.
