CHARACTERISTICS
The walker is made of high-quality steel. The foldable frame makes transport easier. The walker is equipped with swivel front wheels and
non-steering rear wheels with a brake and a parking clamp. The product is enriched with a seat, which allows you to rest in a sitting
position. The walker also has a convenient basket for the necessary things or small purchases, a stand and a tray that can be mounted on
the seat.
DESTINY
The walker is designed to provide support and support to people who cannot or do not feel confident enough to walk without some
support. It serves as an aid when moving.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Physical or mental limitations (e.g. visual impairment) that prevent safe handling of the product
GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Do not exceed the maximum user weight of 120 kg.
2. The walker must not be used on traditional and escalators.
3. Do not attempt to push the walker while a person is sitting on the seat.
4. The seat must not be used to transport people or goods.
5. Do not sit on the seat when the walker is on an inclined surface.
6. The walker is for walking support only.
7. The walker may only be used with original accessories and spare parts.
8. Items can only be transported in a basket. Do not hang heavy objects on the handles of the walker, as this may impair the stability of the
walker.
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
1. Make sure the walker is properly unfolded before use.
2. Check the brakes before use.
3. Make sure all parts are in good condition and that moving parts are functional.
4. Improper use of the walker may cause serious injury to the user and/or cause damage to the frame or wheels of the walker.
5. Do not use the walker to walk backwards.
6. Use caution when going over curbs and other obstacles, and when using the walker on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Otherwise,
serious injury to the user may result.
7. Do not make any adjustments while using the walker.
8. Be careful if there are heavy items in the basket (max. weight 5 kg).
9. All wheels must always be in contact with the ground.
10. Apply the brakes before using the seat.
11. Apply the brakes when using the walker in a stationary position.

this "serious incident" should be reported to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the Member State where the user or
patient resides. In the case of Poland, the competent authority is the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and
Biocidal Products.

In the event of pain, allergic reactions or other disturbing, unclear for the user symptoms related to the use of the medical device, consult a
healthcare professional.
NOTE: The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by neglected maintenance, improper servicing or failure to comply with the
recommendations contained in this manual.
ATTENTION: it is forbidden to use the product in a way other than for its intended purpose!
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS DURING USE
Always ensure that the handles are at the correct height and securely fastened before use. To avoid the risk of falling, the walker must not
be used on uneven or inclined surfaces. Check condition of wheels and brakes. Finally, check the overall stability of the frame.
